Parameter	Type	Description
id*	string	A unique identifier assigned by the publisher. This may not be a unique identifier across all supply sources, e.g. “WTV7”.
name*	string	The name of the channel, e.g. “Channel 7 Sports”.
domain*	string	The primary domain of the channel, e.g. “example.com”.
