How do I add more users?¶
Send the users’ email to your account manager, we will create account for them. Once the account created, they will receive an email with a link, username and password.
How do I run a campaign on MetaX CMS Platform?¶
Go to “Campaigns” page to create a campaign3.1.1, after the campaign finished, you must create a deal3.2.1. After the deal is set up, MetaX operations team will receive an email to review the campaign & deal. If approved by MetaX, the campaign is ready to run. If not approved by MetaX, MetaX operations team will inform you to modify.
How do I change the status of Campaign?¶
Campaign has no status; all status is controlled on deals.
What’s the status meaning of the deal?¶
There are 8 status of deal in MetaX CMS platform. Draft – Deal just set up and hasn’t reviewed by MetaX. Booked – Deal has reviewed and approved by MetaX, it’s not yet time for launch. Inflight – Deal is running. Paused – The Daily/total budget has been consumed. Stopped –The “Auto Start” of the deal is “Off”. Finished – The Campaign. Declined – Deal has reviewed and Rejected by MetaX. Expired – The end date of deal had arrived, but it hasn’t reviewed by MetaX,
How do I change the status of a deal?¶
When the deal is running, the status of the deal is “In Flight”, if you want to stop, you can change the “Auto Start” from “Yes” to “Off”, the deal will stop in few minutes. If you want to restart a campaign from “stop” to “In flight”, you can change the “Auto Start” from “Off” to “Yes”.
